The Brandin' Iron is Californias' longest running Honky Tonk since 1969. The Brandin' Iron is located in the historic 1953 Citrus Bowl building. The brassy and classy authentic saloon interior and 3" thick huge maple dance floor has made us literally world famous.
The 13,000 square foot nightclub sat empty from 1987 to 1992 when current saloon keeper Bill Thomas restored the nightclub back to it's previous glory and opened to record crowds.
The BI has offered hospitality to generations of Californians and is honored to earn your entertainment business with a 70% repeat guest base. Our mission is to “Offer our guests a clean, safe, comfortable environment to have fun and socialize.” We are committed to be the community meeting place for our area.
Any given night you will find hundreds of guests dancing to Resident DJ Dave Byrd's expert blend of Country, top 40 dance, hip hop, hard driving NEW COUNTRY, techno, house and classic party rock. The result is an unconventional, yet exremely popular, music- forward format of country, line dancing and freestyle dance music.
Our goal is for the BI to always be a place where you, your daughter, sister, mom, aunt or grandma can come to have fun, dance, and feel safe.
